Each month, the National Academy for State Health Policy’s (NASHP) Healthy Child Development State Resource Center features a resource highlighting the important role that screening, referral, and care coordination plays in healthy child development.
This month, NASHP features the Massachusetts Act Early’s launch of its 1, 2, 3…Grow! cable television series. The television series will be aired in eight languages with cultural contexts to educate families about children’s healthy development and signs of potential delays. The episodes feature health providers, parents of children with developmental disorders, and information about local resources. Learn more about state policies related to developmental screening in the Healthy Child Development State Resource Center, which is supported by the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
If an organization or agency has a resource to promote and feature on NASHP’s Resource Center, please email email@example.com.
