This month, NASHP features Transforming Pediatrics to Support Population Health: Recommendations for Practice Changes and How to Pay for Them, a report that reflects the recommendations of a study group convened in 2018 by the Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut and the Connecticut Health Foundation. This multi-stakeholder group considered opportunities and challenges in reforming payment for pediatric primary care to better support population health, health equity, and better connect pediatric primary care with community-based services that support health promotion.
